| 5 | Insufficient member points to claim voucher. |
| 6 | Member level requirement does not met. |
| 7 | Voucher is not available for mobile. |
| 8 | Voucher is not available for POS. |
| 9 | Member's membership is expired. |
| 10 | Voucher does not exist. |
