Differences between Member and Mobile App User​

Member​

"Member" represent the member of your company. It stores details that are company-specific, such as like points balance, claimed vouchers, point balance. A customer can be your company's member and it can be another company's member at the same time, and details such as points balance will be different.

Mobile App User​

"Mobile App User" represent registered user for OneRewards mobile app. It is not related to any particular company directly. However, it can be linked to members record across different companies.

Relationship between Member and Mobile App User​

• A customer can be a "Mobile App User" but not your company's "Member". This is when the customer is using OneRewards mobile app, but didn't join your company membership.
• A customer can be your company's "Member" but not an "Mobile App User". This is has joined your company membership (through other channels), but not using OneRewards mobile app.
• A customer can be a "Mobile App User" and member of several companies at the same time.
